What universities are like Keele Watch

    • Thread Starter

Hey I am gonna complete a foundation year at Keele and I was wondering what universities I could go to what are similar to keele e.g: a large campus university in a semi rural/town area basically not a city as i dont like cities.Preferably the Universities in question would have lots of societies and social and most importantly a great Students Union for eventsI am currently thinking Loughbrough but I am not particularly sporty so theres that.

Why not just stay at Keele?

some unis that might fit your bill
University of Wales Trinity St Davids
Lampeter A very rural location in a town/village of under 5000
Carmarthen In a small town of about 15000
other places that might interest you
Falmouth University/Exeter University share a rural campus at Penryn a small town about 4 miles from the larger town of Falmouth.
Bath Spa has a rural campus a few miles outside the historic city of Bath.
Bath and Exeter Universities have stunning campuses on hills above these historic cities
These are smallish cities and may be too large for you but well worth investigation.
Lancaster is in a rural environment a few miles outside a small city .
Aberystwyth is on the edge of a small town.
Swansea University has a stunning campus set in parkland about 2 miles outside the city. This is over a very busy rosad from the Beach. Again you may find Swansea to be too big for your needs but check it out first.
Is GoT overrated?
