I phoned to call what was taking so long with my application this monday and they told me they needed proof of previous study. I am worried because I am due to register tomorrow.

They told me I would needed to send in a copy of a 'certification or something' which was unhelpful. I phoned again and spoke to someone else who still wasn't 100% sure of what counted as proof.

I have been studying with the Open University for the last 2 years part time which is all online and I have yet to receive a certification of my 120 credits nor do i have any paper work. I have posted them a copy of my completed credits which I printed from my OU profile.

Has anyone else ever been asked for proof of previous study? I have asked friends and they have not been asked to do this. I am not sure if what I have sent them is correct and there appears to be no guidelines anywhere and I have no room for error.

You must of put that you have achieved a degree or something in your application on the previous study page that has triggered that.

If you want accurate advice just make sure your speaking to someone in the Darlington contact centre - they know what they are talking about.
