Summer English course as foreign language in Birmingham

Hi,
I have registered in the forum because I need your help.
I need to find a place in Birmingham where both my son/15yr/ and my husband/42/
to attend to an English summer course for 2-3 weeks next summer.
My brother lives in the city so there is an accommodation.

I have found 2 options only but they do not match with our case:
1. Brasshouse- must be over 18 but my son isn`t
2. Dudley college- too far from Sally oak where they will live.
Other wise the college offers convenient conditions: 17-20 hours per week.
120 GBP per week.

Just to underline that language camps are not suitable for us because they are
too expensive.
We need do take an opportunity to live without paying for it.
So, my request is to advise any schools or other places where is possible to study
English in July 2017 and it to be normal prizes . For Birmingham.
