    Hello

I'm a Danish student, and i study Business Development Engineer at Aarhus University, Denmark.

I'm currently making a semester project regards the survival of a small town in Denmark, with less than 500 citizens. Some of the main problems are:

    - To build a house on a free lot, cost more than the house will be worth?

    - The town wants to keep the school from closing, the limit it 75 kids, atm there are 95.

    - The change doesn't have to be an instant solution, but can be a long-term plan.

I would love to get some of your suggestions, experiences on the matter, from your own country - and nothing is off limits.

    Kind regards
    Victor
