Address change - passport missing

    • Thread Starter

Hi. Last month I moved house and updated my address on Sfe accordingly. That was while I was applying for a post graduate loan. I had missing info letter sent to me couple of weeks back to my new address, which makes sense and is good. Then, today I checked the status of my application, which is approved, and checked the correspondence page just to find out that the conformation letter has been sent to my old address and my profile on Sfe also is changed to the old address. That wouldn't be the end of the world, but together with my application i had to send my passport. How do i know that my passport is going to arrive at the right address? I have no means of access to the old flat but passport is the one thing I kind of essentially need. I've changed the address back to the correct one, but I need someone to tell me where my passport is and why did such error happened

As this is account specific I would advise you to call us on 0300 100 0031 in order for us to check where the passport has been returned to.
