How can I check if you received it/ I need to send more

    Every time I attempt to login to sfe online it comes up with an error page, I was asked to send more evidence shortly before I left for uni which I have sent, but the financial department of my uni told me after calling sfe that more evidence is needed meaning it either hasnt arrived yet from when I sent it (monday) or I need to send more. I am also unable to call the number provided to contact sfe, so overall my question is how can I check the status of my application? Is there an email account I can contact?
