    Should I add my boss on Facebook? Is it a good idea?

    I personally wouldn't

    But it depends how close you are when you work , if you are more "friends" than a professional relationship, if there's anything on Facebook which is embarrassing or could jeopardise your job.

    I just wouldn't. Then you don't have to watch your language if you are posting something or tagging something.

    Agreed with this. Unless you're good friends with them and they're quite laid back, it might not be a good idea if you have drunken or embarrassing photos
