Joint Honours or just an Llb?

I've read all about how hard joint honours is and that there is little advantage to a joint honours degree in comparison with a single degree. I want to do a degree in law (or related to law) but I know that I definitely don't want to become a barrister. Therefore I'm interested in business and management as well as law (but don't have a specific career path I want to take), so I was wondering is there any point in doing a joint honours law and business management or law and human resource management?
