UCL says they accept btec level 3 extended diploma with grades D*D*D*, has anyone been accepted based on this to do mechanical engineering? I also am doing a level maths. Or should I not apply there?

    Thank you!

I copied UCL's entry requirements from their website:

EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATION Edexcel Level 3 Extended Diploma (QCF), or Edexcel Level 3 BTEC National Diploma (NQF) with Distinction*, Distinction*, Distinction* to include Maths for Technicians and Further Maths for Technicians.

If it's stated as an acceptable qualification then it's an acceptable qualification.

Why do you think UCL would want to provide misleading information? That would waste their time and yours...
