I drink a cup of tea after cup of tea and still feel tired despite the caffeine boost.I really need to study after school but I feel exhausted I am in bed by 9:30 but it takes me hours to fall asleep and I wake up during the night is well.So going to bed early is not helpful I sleep 7-8 hours per night on average.I really need to pay attention and do so studying everyday repetition in order to retain information which I did not do last year thus I paid the price in my mock exams .This year it is the real thing.

    Any tips would be appreciated.

I feel really unproductive then and it makes me feel angry afterwards.

Were you having sleeping problems before you started having tea? I think the solution is more to get a good night's sleep but of course that can be pretty difficult, especially if you are stressed or have anxiety or anything else. Also don't work too hard during the day.
Otherwise during the afternoon maybe you can go for a walk or do some exercise?
