a stone of mass 0.2kg is whirled around on the end of a string of length 30cm. the string will break when the tension exceeds 8 kg.m.s-2 . calculate the maximum speed at which the stone can be whirled around before the string breaks?

i have this question and i have no idea how to get to the answer. its driving me round the bend. if someone can help me it would be great x

Note that T = mv^2 / r put T = 8 N, m = 0.2 kg and r = 0.3m. Solve to get the required v.
