Alright, I'm currently doing A2's this year and I'm thinking about doing geography and oceanography at Liverpool uni next year. I was wondering whether I would get an offer with my predicted grades so any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Required: B B B

    Predicted: B C C

It's possible, however I would make sure to choose universities which have more realistic entry requirements as well, for example BBC or BCC. Generally it's a good idea to pick 1 or 2 'optimistic' unis, 1 or 2 'realistic' unis, and 1 or 2 'back up' unis. So Liverpool could be your optimistic university, and you could pick 2 realistic unis (e.g. requiring BBC/BCC), and 2 back up unis (e.g. requiring CCC). If you're only considering the Liverpool course, then I would just be aware that rejection IS a possibility, as your predicted grades are quite a bit lower than the grades required, so try to make a back up plan if you can

Thanks for your help! I'll certainly apply to a variety of universities but not many do the subject haha. Cheers again
