    Hello All,
    I have just joined this forum as i am seeking some help and advice on MBA programs in Cardiff UK.

    Is there anyone in the forum currently either doing their MBA or in the application process in Cardiff.

    Hello, I am currently in Cardiff and a Cardiff Met Alumni. It is a fantastic university and ranks as one of the best for international student support for 6 years in a row. The MBA is quite good too although I did the Msc there. The faculty is very knowledgeable. Whatever you decide I am sure you will have a great time there.

    I have some queries
    1. Understand that MBA programs starts in Feb'17 and i am planning to apply for this one. Do they have any placements post MBA ?

    2. I know UK has been very strict with PSW, but read that MBA programs have a 6 months additional visa term for applying for jobs in UK, is this right ?

    3. Is it too late for applying for scholarships ?

    1. Yes, there is an October, February and July intake.

    2. Yes, also this will depend on certain conditions. A 12-month extension can be granted under the new visa rules, this may be endorsed by your university ( under the entrepreneurship route). Although you are best to ask an immigration lawyer or your institution.

    3. If you want to apply for Scholarships for January it may be cutting it too close although the university offers an automatic scholarship for students from certain parts of the world of up to £2000.
