As a teen and adult, I'm meant to get between 9-11 hours sleep because I'm working harder at Warwickshire College but I struggle with trying to get to sleep early every night.
I wake up at 7:30am but I struggle to get to sleep past 10pm, I'm never tired at 10pm and I keep on being awake at 11pm and 12pm, and sometimes even 1pm.
I've not being diagnosed with any sleep disorders but could anyone help me with this? How do I get myself to sleep earlier?
9-11? Who said that? And everybody has a different number of hours of sleep they need to be able to feel completely relaxed.
Never mind that, can anyone just help me on how to get to sleep early?
I would suggest going to see your doctor and asking to be put on some mild sleeping medicine. And make sure you stop all deep thinking an hour before sleeping. And believe it or not a green tea helps me. Anyways hope this helps somehow.
