# Further maths A level Watch

Announcements
1. Further maths makes me want to cry
2. I know right. I am just a few weeks in to AS and the homework is suffocating
3. what topics you starting with, if ur starting with D1 then its easy.
FP1 however would be a challlenge unless you already did a year of AS normal maths.
I say D1 is easy, first chapter is very easy, 2nd is VERY short, 3rd decently long and decent in difficulty 4th short (thats as far as ive got)
4. FP1. We did matrices and now we're doing series and I can't figure out any of the questions, even with the answers and working backwards

matrices make me want to curl into a ball and cry, complex numbers were fine but i can only just about multiply two matrices without breaking down

6. I actually enjoy further maths.
I think it's a great subject but that's probably because we are doing M1 and M2 along with FP1 this year and I love mechanics.
If i was to talk about FP1 on its own it will be a completly different story, that module is killing me, I still don't get what matrices are!!

at least I know I am not the only one dying because of that module!
8. So is FP1 the hardest one then? Should I just bear with it and wait until other modules? It's really stressing me out and we're only a month in
