Subtract sin\theta from both sides and square, then use identities .

Or divide through by [tex] cos\theta[\tex]

Use the R alpha method as you did before in the previous exercise so that it looks something like this:

Rcos(θ-α) = 1

Work out what R and theta are and work from there.
