Is my cat pregnant?

I have a 1 year old female cat, and I have noticed peculiar behaviour in my cat recently. My cat goes outside all the time and sometimes she sleeps outside, and 2-3 cats come to my garden everyday, but I have noticed that they bully my cat. My cat wakes me up 5am-6am as she is hungry, and I have to feed her several times a day as she gets very hungry (6 packets of food). I thought she had worms but all of a sudden, my cat has been very loving and kind, whereas she would normally be a secluded cat. Her nipples have become very tender and pink/red but my previous owners says she has been neutered. I will try and go to the vet, but does anyone have an idea?

Literally, if you got any doubts about your pet's health (be it pregnancy or worms) - take them to the vet.

It is always better to confirm with the reliable source (vet).

The above is correct, this behaviour is an indicator that something is different/wrong but until you get it professionally confirmed you will not know

Thank you for the reply, I will be taking it (hopefully) to the vet tomorrow, just looking for an idea for what it could be

Go outside and enjoy the end of a dying summer.

You won't have an answer until tomorrow anyway, so there's no point in fretting about what you can't change.
