How would you rank these universities as a whole, and for law, as I can't seem to
finalise to five choices. I know Sussex will be lower, but it's more of a backup option.
Also, which of them is more lenient towards grades being slightly lower than the

Birmingham, Exeter, Leeds, Manchester, Southampton, Sussex or York

I'd say Exeter is pretty reputable although most of them are, from what I have heard on tsr and from friends they don't lower their entry requirements very often for law, Leeds might be slightly more likely to though. Leeds and Exeter and are probably the most competitive on your list, then followed by Birmingham and Manchester. I know Southampton is a Russel Group but based on what i hear (from people around me) it doesn't have the best reputation so they might. York is good too-they interview if i'm not mistaken so you might want to take that into consideration but they're entry requirements are a bit lenient in the respect that you can get a C provided you do better in your other 2 A levels. Sussex is probably the most likely to give you a lower offer though. Hope that helped
