Can I still do a Business and Accounting degree?

I've started a levels and I've chosen psychology, law and media. When I picked my a levels I had a strong desire to become a psychologist. However, after a while I've been more interested in business and management. I was wondering, can I still do a business/ accounting degree even though I don't have maths, economics or business a level? I have a grade B in GCSE maths. I'm not that good at maths, however I have a sibling who's an accountant and said it requires simple maths.
