Emotions getting int he way of studying

    I am trying not to focus on how i feel but I just can't when I feel sad for whatever reason my whole day is unproductive and there is no point getting out of bed as I don't do anything any advice appreciated I need to study as chemistry is a bit hard.

    Have you spoken to your mum/careers about this? If you need it you should seek help to stop you feeling sad and be productive again. There is nothing wrong with you,don't be worried, just focus on the little things that make you feel happy, like music or try and go outside and get fresh air for half an hour every day. Having these small milestones will gradually help you feel better.
