    Overall I do think men are physically stronger than women. But, there are obviously some women who are stronger than men but men as a whole gender are physically stronger than women.

    Naturally yes, but if a women works out she can then become stronger than the guy.

    We have more testosterone and more muscle mass, so yes, generally men are stronger. That's not to say a female who trains and works out regularly couldn't kick a man's ass.
