How do I fix my sleeping pattern by Wednesday?

    My sleeping pattern is screwed. I sleep at 4am and wake up at 12. I need to fix this by Wednesday. How do I do it?

    I've tried all nighters, but they never work...

    anything else?

    Follow this PROPERLY
    Wake up everyday at 6am and go to sleep at 10pm in the evening.
    During the day, run around and do some exercises and don't sit around watching films all day

    You HAVE to do this for 3 days otherwise it will not work

    But you have to wake up at 6am or even 5am even if you're tired as hell

    One of the best natural remedies for poor sleep patterns is exercise as well. It will certainly help if you are trying to regain a normal sleep pattern. There's nothing natural like being physically tired to help you off to sleep.

    No meals 4 hours before bed.
    Avoid artificial lights 2 hours before bed, make sure your room is pitch black before you try to sleep.
    No caffeine even in morning.
