So I was playing football this afternoon (I play in goal) and obviously made a save, but the girl who tried to score carries on running into me and at this point I've close down my eyes but she's either carried on running or booted the ball, this ended up bending my last 3 fingers on my left hand all the way back and now the last two are bruised, stiff and v v v painful, any ideas what could have happened or what I should do??

Doctor. Maybe call 111 to see if it's a next day thing or if you can wait for a norma appointment. Most injuries cause swelling and swolen joints means stiffness. Hard to tell what type of injury without being there and may even need an xray. Doctor is your best option. Until you see a doctor keep them cool and take ibuprofen if you are in pain.
