So I haven't smoked a cigarette for 3 weeks but I found one and its like it would be a waste to just throw it away right... I might as well just smoke it one last time and THEN never smoke again?? But I'm scared if I smoke it then I'll probably go downstairs and buy a new pack and the cycle will return. But if I was able to stop myself for this long then surely I can do it again??

Why not throw it away if you're scared that you might get hooked? I mean it's probably the best option, it's not like you're wasting food, right?

3 weeks is a good amount of progress, you wouldn't want to throw it away. You'd find another reason to do it again or buy a new pack like you said.. bin it or something.

I miss it... it made me feel better.

And I feel really sad right now and its better than the alternative

which is drinking the rest of the wine I have in my wardrobe.

You know what happened to me last week? Every day i waited at the bus stop, atleast one inconsiderate fool smoked where the wind was not in my favour and it made me sick to think that at the end of the week i had accumulated so much second hand smoke. If you stop now you wont feel the urge again and make one non smoker happier 😆

Don't do it. break it in half, and break those two halves into quarters again and again, until you are left with cigarette confetti.
