Hi, I'm 23 years old and looking to bulk up a bit (bigger and more muscles) - I'm currently 58kg and 170cm tall. Today I consumed the following:
- 2251 kcal
- 94.4g of fat
- 94g of protein
- 260g of carbohydrates
My gym membership starts up again on Sunday, so can anyone recommend any exercises/nutrition tips for me to get going with my aim?

When I started, I was pushed towards and enjoyed starting strength [Mark Rippetoe].
That being said, I think that generally people prefer bodybuilding splits and whilst I've retained a strength focus, my routine itself has gradually shifted towards this in a way.
How frequently can you lift?
