Hi, I'm 23 years old and looking to bulk up a bit (bigger and more muscles) - I'm currently 58kg and 170cm tall. Today I consumed the following:
- 2251 kcal
- 94.4g of fat
- 94g of protein
- 260g of carbohydrates
My gym membership starts up again on Sunday, so can anyone recommend any exercises/nutrition tips for me to get going with my aim?
Is it really that intense? Would I cope?
