help- mates birthday/clubbing
please keep this as annoymous because i know people on this forum that i dont want to know that i'm writing about this.
well the thing is, its my mates 18th birthday today. I havent seen her in quite a while. She invited me to do something for her birthday a while ago and i said ok. A few days ago she said she was going clubbing with some of her other mates and would i come. i said yes. Well she has only just let me know what time and where were meeting and this is going to be at about 11:15pm at the club because she has to go somewhere before.
Well i havent been clubbing before
have never met any of her other mates and havent seen her in a while. if i go i would have to travel up there somehow on my own as i cant get a lift. I just dont know what to do, i feel bad if i say i'm not going because its her birthday but i dont want to travel on my own and think its abit late personally my parents dont really want me to go and i'm feeling really tired as it is.
she has asked me before to go clubbing with her but i couldnt because i was always working or busy. i dont want her to think i'm just making alot of excuses and let her down on her birthday
. should i just go? or text her and say i'll see her another time
