Applying for different Universities while studying part-time for a full-time course Watch

Hello, I'm currently an undergraduate at the University of Essex studying the Computer Science Foundation year. Unfortunately I failed 1 of the four modules by 4% so I decided that I should do this module again so that can go to the first year but now i've decided to apply for other universities through Ucas as I want to go somewhere in London closer to home after I have completed this module. In the other three modules my module aggregates were:

    Academic Skills - 62% (45 Credits)
    Mathematics & Statistics - 60% (15 Credits)
    Computer & Electronics 40%(30 Credits)

For the module I'm doing in part time I previous got:
Computer Programming - 36%(0 Credits worth 30 Credits)
    Overall mark 49%

I just wanted to know is there anyway to add the marks/credits for the specific modules that I had passed or is any way I can explain that I only need to pass one of the four modules to proceed to the first year on my application?
