Which is more desirable to employers? Or do they have the same weight?

An acquaintance posted the same q to admissions coordinator of an uni with BA/BSc. He got the answer that BA/BSc are practically similar. Generally, BSc has higher entry requirements for A-level maths compared to BA.
But BA can be confusing. Oxbridge, Durham and Exeter award BA Econ and their modules are maths focussed. Pretty sure that employers regard highly BA from these unis.

BSc is always better with nothing else changing, but it's not really important.
