This is a completely unreal situation i know but was just curious what people would say.

If you had the option of either:

living a long life (until 90) with a cold (mild tickly throat, bunged up nose and feeling a little ill on and off throughout the day) and having no other illness other than this.

    OR

Only living until the age of 50 with no illness whatsoever.

    Which would you pick?

I would go for 90 just because if I had children and they lost me when I was 50.. they'd be fairly young so..

It's a tough decision but I think that if I were not to have any children or living family I would pick the second option and live life to the fullest while I can but If I were to have a family i'd pick the first option.
