Which would you go for??

Okay I was asking all my friends about this and received interesting results so I wanted to ask people here about this:

Would you date someone who was very smart and had an incredible personality but moderate looking or someone who was drop-dead gorgoeous but isn't really that smart or has that good a personality?? I didn't give a middle ground because quite obviously everyone would want their girlfriend/boyfriend to be hot, smart and have an amazing personality :p:

!!!!Oh and one-night stands does not count. I was just curious.... :smile:

Personality and okay looking, I suppose what you would mean by that. But, I know plenty of 'gorgeous' girls and they are ****ers so I would avoid them.

I'd choose the average looking great personality person. The great looking one probably wouldn't stay with me anyway.

Personality! I know good looking guys. And that's all they are. Wouldn't really want to spend a great amount of time with them! I love having random, meaningful conversations at 2am with guys about stuff that matters!

Also, a lot of "hot" guys have monotone voices (think David Beckham (even though I don't find him hot, many girls do)). I can't find a more annoying thing in a person that isn't a habit! :p:

I'ld stake it out and go for something inbetween jawdroppingly-hot and average.

But with the wit and intelligence equal to mine. Personality wise it's more important they are fairly proactive.

I'd chose the first one, only because most "jaw dropping guys" are usually big headed and have big egos. Looks do matter, but personality is more important.
