Society will frame this as being "their own fault for being lazy".

Whereas if women are underrepresented in an area, it is framed as "entrenched discrimination against them".

Why is the white working class male underrepresented?

In my own opinion and experience it's down to attitude. I know a lad of 17, 4 A*'s in his GCSE's, A's in his a-levels who easily has the potential to go to university but he's decided to drop his a-levels and train to be a manager at Mcdonalds instead. The talent and the brains are there, they just aren't being utilized.

That's just culture. Black and Asians in this country have more at stake, if they don't get their education they not only get their arses beat at home but they might be sent back to their country or experience poverty here from lack of employability.

Also if there were a chart for those who didn't take their gcse's or who dropped out and don't go to Uni I'm sure the results based on ethnicity are staggeringly different than this one.

Black people from the USA, Middle East, South America would probably identify as that. Their ancestors left Africa a long time ago so wouldn't identify as Black African, I'm guessing.

Anyway if you look at the chart Asian females do the best, socioeconomically whilst doing their gcse's and going to Uni. That's what the bars represent.

And white Brits all around do worst. According to the chart.

Maybe if people learn the history on the United Kingdom they'd know why there is significant generational poverty and classism within the white British nationality :noway:

So where's my white privilege because I'm underprivileged as ****. Stop thinking life is automatically easier because of white skin.

Are you saying your life wouldn't be worse if you were black?

White boys get neglected at school as the left-wing teachers focus on the "minorities", leaving them to fall behind.

I agree. Culture has a lot to do with it.
Many of my friends are children of immigrants, and they want to do well to make their parents proud. They value education a lot, as they know the way their parents struggled.

Well I am a working class, white male and I think this has to do with ambition mostly. For some reason, "doing what your dad does" is the desired route for a lot of us. We don't aim high enough, and are too keen to get into hard labour.
That's the mentality where I live at least.

Society doesn't give a flying f.uck about male issues. Men are falling behind, giving up on the world. And who could blame them. Civilisation, that they ****ing created, ostracises them and berates them for feminist fantasy ideology. Beer, porn and PS4 > this shite

I'd say a lot of it is down to what's going on outside of school. E.G. how much support they receive from parents, housing, friendship groups, income

I knew a lot of people at school who didn't want to study at all because they weren't interested in any of the core subjects. Most of them (not all white) ended up doing apprenticeships as plumbers and electricians. So I think there needs to be more choices available for students. Hopefully this can also improve attainment and opportunities once students leave

Well you said having white skin doesn't automatically make life better, which suggests that you think being black isn't automatically worse. I'm just asking if you agree with the logical conclusion of what you're saying.
