6A* is what you need for medicine so you're on track
Make sure your alevel subjects are good and predictions exceed the entry req for the unis
EC must be very good too

Sounds good to me, particularly that you got A*s in the three sciences and maths. Fine Arts and Global Perspectives would be discounted as non academic subjects at most decent universities, but you've still got a good strong set. Next step is to get similarly good results at A level.

Do you think I have a good enough chance for the high end ones even though 6A* is average?

GCSEs are just one part of your application and depending on your target universities of less importance than all the other aspects.

They aren't very important for Medicine at Cambridge, or now, Imperial.
