the judge who recorded plea of not guilty by Thomas Mair following the murder of Jo Cox should be barred ,struck off and never be allowed to pass judgement in any court ever again. Insanity or mental illness should never be an excuse to affect such a wide community of people through the senseless and brutal murder of someone so well loved..illness and not insanity my heart goes out to every mother , family member and constituent that Jo touched.

Innocent until proven guilty. The Defendant remained silent which is always taken to mean Not Guilty.

I am not sure if you have thought this one through. Mair, by definition of keeping it buttoned, entered a plea of not guilty. That was recorded.
Once the trial concludes the judgement by the judge and jury of not guilty or (presumably) guilty will then be recorded again and a sentence given.
Your outrage about this case is a wee bit premature.

Why is it that 99% of complaints about the judiciary are from people who are either stupid or outlandishly ignorant? You'd think they'd get the message eventually that judges are rather cleverer, more reasonable, more credible and better informed than them.
