So i recently moved in to a house of me and 4 people for uni, I live with one of my best friends and then other mutual friends he met first, I know one of them because we had a mutual friend when we were younger and went to 2 birthdays together, however i just found out that she told the others before I met them that I bullied her when we were younger which is totally untrue!! I only met her twice and nothing at all happened! She also constantly stares at my bf when he is over, she tells other people I bullied her and others and makes me out to be this total ***** but when I confront her she denys it, i dont know what to do at all. I live in a house with her so its hard to get space and its really getting me down what she has said about me because I could never bully anyone, Im just not that type of person, I really don't know what to do anymore

Sounds like she has insecurity issues if she feels the need to spread lies like this, unfortunately you may be stuck if you have signed a contract to live with them.

If anyone mentions it just deny it briefly as you have here and laugh it off. Say ' oh I know , she says all sorts of odd things sometimes and change the subject. People judge others by their own experience of them so they'll take her remarks with a pinch of salt. They will soon sum her up.

I know it seems really upsetting for you because you are the person maligned but other people will barely think about it at all. They are hearing lots of things about people all the time and most of it just goes in one ear and out the other. They won't register it in all probability.

Either what pickup said or house meeting with everyone there and she cna deny she hasnt said anything and it wasnt true.
Alternatively your friend that asked you there could act as peacebroker.
    Alternatively you could ignore it.
Alternatively find a replacement and move out.
