Want to do law or history. Benefit of history is its slightly easier to get into and to get a 2:1. Benefit of law is that it generally gives better career prospects. But where? Got AAB at AS in my subjects I'm taking to A2 of literature, politics, history.

Have I got any chance at top Uni's like Leeds, Warwick, York, Manchester?
Was thinking maybe Dundee, Sheffield, Liverpool as slightly lower options

Don't want to go to London as too expensive to live there. Please advise me on where I should choose obviously I need some optimistic ideas and some more realistic.

Hiiii, I'm literally in the same situation.
I got AAB for AS and my predictions are also A*AB for politics, geography and psychology.
I'm applying for International Relations at Warwick (requirement is AAA), I was worried so I called them up and asked if the A* compensates for the B.
They said it could, but it also might give me a slight disadvantage. But still they said they don't solely rely on grades. They also see your personal statement and references as very important.

I say give it a shot!

    Good luck
