Applying for different courses… Will unis think I'm not dedicated enough?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure the universities you apply to can, at some late stage in the application process, see what other courses you've applied to at different unis.
Now I'm not sure whether I want to do English Language, or English Language and English Literature Joint Honours, or a minor in Lit, or, as many unis do, a few extra modules in Lit within a mainly Lang degree. If I applied to one uni to do Joint Honours equal time spent on each subject, and to another uni to do single honours Lang, but planning to do some extra modules or a minor in Lit, would the uni I applied to for Joint Honours think I wasn't dedicated enough to Literature, to the point where it would weaken my chance of getting a place?

I've never heard of universities being able to see your choices but I genuinely don't think that will matter? The only thing that may affect your chance of a place is your Personal Statement and whether it is suited to both/all courses?

Any combination of Lit and/or Lang will be fine.

The universities you have applied to can only see your other universities AFTER they have made their Offer.
