How to write a Personal Statement for different courses?

I am trying to write my personal statement but I am applying for a range of these courses at different universities:

- English and Film
-English Language and Media
- Media Communications

I am finding it really difficult to write a personal statement that offers enough for each subject. I am not sure how to structure it or how to refer to the course that I would like to do - as there are 3 different ones.

Is anyone else having the same problems? I really need some help.

Focus on the crossover and common aspects. Devote at least one paragraph to an exploration of comparison- eg a film's media impact, or a book adapted into a film, or the language used in a film script.

Thank you. So rather than talk about each subject, discuss how they all work together? Could you give an example of this?

How should I refer to the subject?
