Record of prior acceptance....need help

I have been made an unconditional offer at a uni through earlyish clearing....I told them that I had not applied through ucas this year ( Even though i did but withdrew my application totally).

Now they have sent me an 'Record of Prior Acceptance Form' and it says I can not apply for a place with this if I have already applied through Ucas this year....is this regardless of whether or not I withdrew my application...Am i still in the system? I assume its just so ucas can make sure that you have not accepted any other places...am I right? Or does it mean that I can not apply at all as I have already done so through ucas once before this year....By the way I am reffering to two completely different courses...

Ring UCAS.

:ditto: Ringing them is most probably your best option.

Ring the University - RPA's are sorted out within the University and once the details are all confirmed between the University and the applicant then the data is passed to UCAS.

Hey i saw your post, and its exactly the same problem i had!

Phoned UCAS and they reinstated me into the system and i will get my clearing passport through soon!

This is good advice. I think you cannot re-enter UCAS if you have withdrawn your application this year, but I'm not sure if this still applies if you have sent an application to other agencies such as NMAS (for Nursing, for instance), but I would ring them just to make sure.

Good Luck. Hope you get it all sorted out
