Is this correct? I'm not really sure.

    Hi,
I started a bachelors in accounting and finance at Swansea university however i felt like I made a huge mistake and hence dropped out in my second year.

I now wish to go back and restart my education at college leading to applying for a degree at a university in the year 2019. As things stand I think I am legible for two years funding assuming I pay for the first year myself. Is this correct?

    Thanks in advance.

Student finance work backwards. The formula is Length of course + 1 - previous years study.

So, because you've had 2 years already, you, as you've said, pay for your first year and student finance will pay for the other years.
