I have essential tremors but it is quite mild and does not affect much of my life. Maybe just making my handwriting a bit worse than it actually is. None of my teachers know of this, my parents seem to be in denial of it and always blames it on me being on the computer too much and only a few of my friends know.

I was wondering whether i should as my teacher to include it in my reference although i was never officially diagnosed by a doctor.

    Thank you

No don't include it in the reference if your school aren't aware anyway. Next thing is to get that diagnosed before uni and then you ll be in a good place for them to support you if it means you struggle handwriting with exams.
