Waiting for the payments to be made

the payments were sheduled to be paid to my account on 3rd October, but the status is still " Approved". When can I expect to receive my loans and grant?

Hi,
We require the university to send the confirmation of registration before we can release the payment. I would advise you to speak with the university to ensure this has been sent. Once we receive it, it takes 24-48 hours to update onto the system. We then release your payments and they will be in your account 3-5 working days after this .
