How to hide the fact that you like a guy

This guy's a year younger than me. That's a lot when you're 16/17

Well, don't look like those girls who want to catch his attention all the time, don't talk to him all the time and treat him like another friend, don't make any difference with him
So you're intentionally going to miss out on what could potentially be a positive, life changing connection with another human being?

I mean yeah sure, just ignore him... but to me it's odd that you'd choose that route based on merely a years difference in age.

why hide it? just go for it, 16-17 couples are everywhere so why not try it for the hell of it> what have you got to lose?
How to hide the fact that you like somebody:
-don't tell them
-don't tell anybody else
-do not flirt
-do not look at their genitals for extended periods of time

That is pretty much it. In this case though you are worrying over bugger all. If you'd accidentally got a crush on somebody that wasn't single I'd be able to sympathise, but a 1 year age gap is a dumb af reason. Once you're in a relationship like that people just accept it pretty much immediately in my experience of these things happening at my school.
