    Hi,
I just got an email from UCL saying to attach AS module grades for Maths on a document and upload it, but it then said to ignore the email if I have already provided grades on UCAS, which I did.

But when I login to Porticus, it has a notification saying to upload document with module grades. Do I ignore this or upload the document?

I would go with the email and ignore it. If you're still worried, email admissions.

    Why not just do it?
