EU Law-free movements of good questions ;(

    • Thread Starter

Can somebody tell me: 'What does 'Indistinctly applicable measure' mean in EU law? And how is it in anyway related to the case of Cassis de Dijon. I have read the case and understood the principle come out of the case, but I still don't understand that measure, it is confusing me so much, everyone seems okay with it! What is wrong with me? Please help! ;(

And also, is directly applicable measure only applies to imported goods? Why there are some resources say that, directly applicable measure applies to both imported and exported goods? did I read the wrong thing?
