    hi guys,
i really need help on how to memorise my spanish speaking essay which is roughly 2 1/2 pages, I've only learned 1 page and have learned more before but then quickly forget it. can someone please help me by giving me tips on how to memorise it quickly? I'm also allowed to have 40 words with me.

    thank you!

Record yourself saying the whole essay and then replay it so many times

i find just reading it to yourself off the page and then doing the same without looking as much you can basically read it all easily after about five tries without even looking, make sure you write down the trigger words for each paragraph just incase you freeze but you should be ok
