Usually out like a light (low EMF environment, and clear my mind/ensure I'm pretty tired before bed)

    How would you ever know?

You'd have to wake up to check the time.

I'm usually really tired every time I get in bed, so it's always a matter of seconds before I fall asleep

Normally within an hour. Sometimes less than half an hour, occasionally several hours. I used to suffer with regular insomnia but making some changes has really helped.
