Hi everyone. I have a assignment due in 4 weeks time, i am having trouble understanding the following question : "Shylock deserved his fate" discuss with reference to jurisprudential concepts. What exactly does it mean by jurisprudential concepts? I'm asking because within these concepts there are philosopher who disagree on some matters. Also what concepts would you say are relevant in Shylock's case?
Even more elitist than everyone thought?
