Anybody looking for Leicester accommodation year 2016/2017???

I have a studio room I'm moving out of
its 130 a week for 38 weeks. The move in date is as soon as possible and the tenancy ends on the 30th June. Just a short 15 minutes walk from UoL and 10/15 minutes to DMU, situated a couple minutes from the city centre.
Studio fully furnished with on-site laundry room and gym for all tenants
Get back to me if interested, I have videos and pictures for anyone who wants to see :smile:
