    Hiya!

So basically, I'm really stressed out because I'm in Year 13 and I haven't had a job yet. My friend has had a job for a year and now she's found another job. This is really stressing me out becuse I feel like I'm doing something wrong. Are unis less likely to accept me because i don't have a job? Is it recommended for me to get a job at this academic stage? x

    Many thanks

    No
It is not recommended to you get a job at this academic stage
Personally, I would use the spare time you have to revise and make notes
Students get a job at this stage to earn a bit of money
Universities will not choose someone who has a job over someone who doesn't - they prefer work experience/voluntary work related to the degree somehow
