Can I get into access to nursing if I have an unfinished level 3??

Rhythmical because you mentioned this on my other thread

So apparently if I have a level 3 qualification, I am not allowed to do the access to nursing. However the apprenticeship that I have on the work side would be really useful experience, so is there a way where I can quit after like 6 months once I've got that experience and still do the access to nursing course? Since I would not have fully completed the level 3 qualification?

Usually what happens, if you haven't got a Level 3 qualification then your Access course is funded by the government after the age of 19, if you do one before that then it's usually over £3,000 (this cost also counts if you have a Level 3 qualification)

You mentioned not being able to break your contract, before you make any plans I'd ask if you can leave after six months.
